EnergoWatch

One of the most important data collection components of the system is the wrist-worn smartwatch developed by Euronet: the EnergoWatch.

Specifications:
energowatch

One of the most important components of the smartwatch is the photoplethysmography sensor (PPG). Unlike other manufacturers, this sensor operates at a measurement frequency of 100 to 200 Hz and provides raw data, generating several hundred megabytes per day. This volume of data is necessary to accurately determine the current level of engagement.

Virtual Reality (VR) devices

We developed the VR environment and tasks for the Oculus II display device, which enables spatial vision, using the Unreal 3D software framework.

The device creates an immersive experience for participants with the help of controllers. The display follows head and hand movements, making it suitable for a wide range of scientific experiments. These experiments can focus on the clarity of stimuli with few visual elements, similar to currently standardized measurements using handheld tools (like the Corsi block) or software (aptitude tests). However, in virtual reality, more complex experiments with elaborate visual elements or those made more challenging by these elements can also be conducted.
